The next‑generation version uses the Claude Agent SDK and can plan workflows, choose tools, and dynamically retrieve content. CoCounsel accesses 1.9 billion Westlaw/Practical Law documents and 1.4 billion KeyCite validity signals and provides a source list for traceability; according to the company, customer data is not used to train external models.
