Tiffany & Co. appointed David Ponzo deputy chief executive officer, effective Jan. 26, tasking him with leading worldwide retail and commercial operations, overseeing jewelry and high jewelry divisions, and heading a new strategic business development function. Ponzo joins from Louis Vuitton, where he was chief commercial officer and led watches and jewelry, and will report to CEO Anthony Ledru as a member of the global executive committee.
