Tracsis rises after confirmation of guidance and acquisition of Mistral Data

Tracsis shares climbed almost 8% after the company reported group revenue of around £85.5m for the fiscal year to 31 July 2026 (+4.4% vs. prior year) and an adjusted EBITDA of about £13.5m, both in line with analysts’ expectations.
