Betterware de México (BeFra/BWMX) has completed the acquisition of Tupperware’s operating businesses in Latin America, mainly covering Mexico and Brazil, and obtained a perpetual, royalty-free brand license for the region. The acquired business generated revenue of $270 million and adjusted EBITDA of $82 million in 2025; on a pro forma basis 2025 earnings per share rose to $2.11 (from $1.46) with a pro forma leverage of 1.9x versus 1.6x before the transaction.
