Upland Resources has applied to list its ordinary shares on the OTCQB Venture Market in the US while retaining its listing on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker UPL. Upland Resources has had 115,000,000 ordinary shares admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange main market; trading begins on 5 December 2025 at 08:00. The admission date for 15,000,000 of these shares was brought forward to 5 December after the Financial Conduct Authority reviewed the application on 4 December. Following the issue, the total number of issued ordinary shares is 1,626,958,048, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for disclosure obligations under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
