V2X highlights backlog of nearly $13 bn and expects only gradual margin improvement

V2X: growth chief L. Roger Mason moves to U.S. Department of Defense

V2X announced that Dr. L. Roger Mason has with immediate effect resigned from his positions as senior vice president and chief growth officer, effective August 7, 2026, to take over leadership of the National Reconnaissance Office in the U.S. Department of Defense. The company paid him a separation and severance agreement of $331,975; CEO Jeremy C. Wensinger will temporarily assume his duties. V2X had recently reported a strong second quarter and secured a logistics contract from the U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Command worth up to $500 million, prompting analysts to raise or adjust their price targets. V2X receives up to $500 million contract from US Marine Corps

V2X won a logistics contract with the U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Command with a base value of about $391 million and a total potential value, including options, of up to $500 million. The company will provide Logistics Integration Support Services for the SECREP program and coordinate the repair and management of secondary reparable components within the Marine logistics chain.
