Vaudoise Versicherungen Holding confirms 2025 annual report and approves dividend

At the 36th ordinary general meeting, shareholders approved the 2025 annual report and the consolidated financial statements of Vaudoise Versicherungen Holding. A dividend of CHF 0.40 per registered share A and CHF 27.00 per registered share B was approved; payment from 18 May 2026. Philippe Hebeisen was re-elected as chairman of the board; several board members and members of the compensation committee were also confirmed. Peter Kofmel did not stand for re-election.
