VERSES AI has closed the second tranche of a broker-free private placement, issuing 473,500 units at C$0.75 each for gross proceeds of C$355,125. With the first tranche, a total of 1,644,307 units were issued, generating aggregate gross proceeds of C$1,100,930; C$132,300 of liabilities were repaid. Each unit consists of a subordinated voting Class A share and one-half of a warrant; whole warrants are valid for 24 months at an exercise price of C$1.00.
