KfW IPEX-Bank arranges 340 million EUR promotional loan for VTG

KfW IPEX-Bank is acting as sole mandated lead arranger, bookrunner and facility agent for a syndicated 340 million EUR promotional loan from KfW for VTG. The seven-year loan from KfW programme 269 is intended to finance the acquisition of new freight wagons of various types and will be integrated into VTG’s existing financing platform. It is the first use of this KfW product as syndicated financing for an internationally active wagon-leasing and rail logistics company and is intended to support the shift of freight traffic to rail. » Plus sur finanzen.net
