W5 Solutions reports record sales, shares plunge on margin pressure

W5 Solutions increased revenue in Q2 2026 by 105% and reported order intake of SEK 234m and an order backlog of SEK 865m. Despite positive operating cash flow, EBIT remained negative and gross margins contracted across all segments due to higher raw material costs, product mix and transaction costs. The stock fell about 22% to $38.85 as investors weighed weak profitability more heavily than growth.
