Wave Life Sciences highlights its proprietary chemistry platform as the core strategy and is concentrating capital on three lead candidates: WVE-007 (obesity), WVE-006 (alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency) and WVE-008 (PNPLA3-associated liver disease). The company has about $500 million in cash, sufficient through the third quarter of 2028, and expects multiple clinical data readouts and regulatory feedback over the next 12–18 months. Early-stage data for WVE-007 showed fat reduction with muscle preservation and for WVE-006 showed consistent RNA-editing activity; WVE-008 is planned to start clinical testing in H2 2024. Wave Life Sciences relocates headquarters to Delaware and continues Nasdaq trading under ticker WVE

Wave Life Sciences has completed the relocation of its legal domicile from Singapore to Delaware; the new parent company is Wave Life Sciences, Inc., with a 1:1 share exchange that made the former Wave Life Sciences Ltd. a 100% subsidiary. The old shares of the Singapore entity will be suspended and delisted from the Nasdaq Global Market before trading opens on Monday, and the new common shares of the Delaware company will be traded from Monday under the same ticker WVE; the company also plans to file a Form 15 to terminate the former entity’s registration. Wave Life Sciences relocates headquarters from Singapore to the US and converts parent company into a Delaware corp.

Wave Life Sciences said the relocation of its headquarters from Singapore to the US is expected to become effective on Friday after market close. Shareholders approved the move and the High Court of Singapore had already approved the restructuring on 14 July 2026. Implementation will be effected by filing the court order with the Singapore regulator; the company then plans to file documents with the US SEC and convert the parent company into a corporation formed under Delaware law. Wave conducts research on RNA therapies for obesity, alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency and liver diseases, and runs clinical programs for Duchenne muscular dystrophy and Huntington’s chorea. » Plus sur de.investing.com
