WideOpenWest has formed a new management team around CEO Frank van der Post following its acquisition by DigitalBridge and Crestview Partners. Appointments include Patrick Bratton (CFO), Aaron Brace (Chief Technology and Information Officer), Courtland Madock (Chief Commercial Officer), Heather McCallion (Chief Experience Officer), Roger Seiken (SVP and General Counsel, continuing) and Kristine DiFiore (SVP Human Resources). Each outstanding common share will (with exceptions) be exchanged for $5.20 in cash; trading on the NYSE was suspended before the open and a delisting and termination of registration with the SEC have been filed. The company enters the fiscal year with more than $1 billion in debt, a negative free cash flow of -$68.3 million over the last twelve months and a net loss of $78 million.
