Worley secures three US contracts for data center energy projects

Worley has won three contracts for engineering services, detailed design and procurement support for power plants serving data center campuses in the US. Worley reports 10.8% decline in adjusted EBITA – shares fall sharply

Worley shares lost about 10%, falling to A$10.02, after adjusted EBITA for the year to June 2026 fell from A$823m to A$734m. Revenue was flat at A$12.0bn and missed market expectations. Headwinds included project deferrals in the Middle East (≈A$58m), currency effects (≈A$50m) and transformation and restructuring costs of A$120m. Worley wins engineering contract for cobalt refinery in Missouri

Worley has been awarded an engineering contract by United States Strategic Metals to develop a multimetal processing hub in Missouri. The project includes a cobalt refinery and a process line for recycling black mass.
