Wrap Technologies completes $12.0 million capital raise

Wrap Technologies sold 8,571,609 common shares and pre-funded warrants at $1.40 each, generating gross proceeds of approximately $12.0 million. A fundamentally oriented institutional investor and an existing investor participated in the registered direct offering; Maxim Group acted as sole placement agent. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and working capital, including possible future business expansions. Wrap Technologies awarded contract for teacher safety training in Florida

Wrap Technologies was selected by the charity WOFT Charities to deliver hands-on safety and preparedness training for teachers and school staff in Florida. The program is funded with $475,000 from the state budget for fiscal 2026–27; Wrap will receive a portion of the funds based on performance. Trainings cover situational awareness, threat recognition, early intervention, de-escalation and practical self-defense (including use of flashlights and pepper spray). Wrap Technologies launches learning platform WrapTactics to train users of the BolaWrap 150

Wrap Technologies has announced the commercial launch of WrapTactics, a FedRAMP-compliant learning management system for digital training, certification and auditing of BolaWrap 150 users. The platform offers three certification levels, mobile and desktop access, and reporting features, and complements existing in-person programs. The ATF classification of the BolaWrap 150 as a restraining device is expected to reduce procurement barriers and expand the addressable market to private security, healthcare, transportation, corrections and education.
