Xeris Biopharma beats Q2 revenue forecasts, misses EPS due to one-time GAAP charge

Xeris Biopharma reported Q2/2026 revenue of $92.1 million, topping consensus, but reported EPS of -$0.18 versus an expected $0.01 due to a one-time, non‑cash GAAP charge from the revaluation of convertible notes. Net product revenue growth was driven mainly by RECORLEV (net $56.8M, +81% YoY) and a recovery at Gvoke; adjusted EBITDA rose to $19.3M. Xeris raised its full-year revenue guidance to $385–390M but forecast higher SG&A and R&D expenses, including spending to prepare Phase III trials of XP-8121. US Patent Office grants Xeris patent protection for Keveyis through 2039

The US Patent and Trademark Office has issued a notice of allowance for Xeris’ Keveyis patent application (No. 17/151,405); after completion of administrative steps, the patent is expected to protect Keveyis through 2039. Xeris plans to submit the patent to the FDA for listing in the Orange Book.
