Zymeworks rises ahead of FDA decision on zanidatamab

Zymeworks rises after partnership with Gandeeva for cryo‑EM structural analyses

Zymeworks has entered a collaboration with Gandeeva Therapeutics to generate cryo‑electron microscopy structural data to aid discovery of antibody therapeutics. The partnership focuses on high‑resolution visualization of antibody‑antigen interfaces, in particular epitope mapping on small, flexible antigens. Gandeeva has already demonstrated a structure determination at 2.6 Å resolution that is intended to support selection and optimization of antibody lead candidates.
