Harbour Energy raises production and cash-flow guidance and targets dividends and debt reduction

Harbour Energy reported an increased production forecast for 2024 of 490,000–500,000 barrels/day and expects free cash flow of $1.8bn up to possibly around $2.3bn. The company plans to return 45–75% of free cash flow to shareholders, pay at least $300m as a dividend and use excess funds to reduce debt. Growth is expected to be organic in Norway, the US, Mexico and Argentina; the UK business is viewed as a cash source. Harbour Energy confirms pound‑dollar exchange rate for interim dividend

Harbour Energy has set the exchange rate for the payment of its interim dividend. The previously announced interim dividend is USD 150m, or 8.05 US cents per share, for the half‑year to 30 June 2026 and will be paid in British pounds on 24 September 2026 to shareholders registered on 14 August 2026. The applicable GBP/USD rate is 1.3555, which corresponds to a payment of 5.9388 pence per share. Harbour Energy raises 2026 cash-flow forecast and announces share buyback

Harbour Energy reports record H1 2026 production of around 509,000 bpd, adjusted EPS of £0.28 (+27%) and an adjusted post-tax profit of £562m (+37%). Due to higher oil and gas prices and acquisition effects, the free cash flow forecast for 2026 was increased from $1.4bn to $1.8bn.
