Hyundai plans deployment of 25,000 Atlas humanoids by 2030

Hyundai will deploy about 25,000 Boston Dynamics Atlas humanoid robots across the group by 2030 at Hyundai and Kia plants to automate assembly, heavy and repetitive work. A Robotics Metaplant Application Center has opened in Georgia, where Atlas will be trained for physical AI tasks and is to be significantly scaled up from 2027.
