SEALSQ and WISeSat present the “Quantum Spatial Orbital Cloud” (QSOC) program to provide quantum-resistant communications and identity services from orbit. The plan calls for building a constellation of up to 100 satellites by 2033, offering post-quantum semiconductors, cryptographic technologies and quantum-based random number generators. SEALSQ will handle security and cloud services including cryptographic semiconductors and customer relations; WISeSat will supply satellites, ground systems and mission control. SEALSQ launches the SEALQUANTUM initiative and plans a target allocation of $200 million to develop a “Sovereign Quantum Vertical Stack.” The company invested about $24.5 million in total in Quobly (€15 million) and EeroQ ($7 million) to secure positions in silicon-based spin qubits and electron-on-helium architectures. SEALSQ integrates its hardware security solution QS7001 into Palm Technologies' biometric payment products PalmPay and provides the technology and technical support for the secure element. Palm Technologies takes on product architecture, biometric design, firmware, system integration, regulatory compliance and go-to-market, initially for MetPalm V1 in subways and toll systems.
