The management board of aap Implantate has resolved a cash capital increase of 788,150 new bearer shares at an issue price of EUR 1.34 per share, representing about 5% of the share capital. The shares will be issued as a private placement to selected investors without subscription rights and will be entitled to profits from 1 January 2025.
