Aareal Bank sees big potential in managed living

Aareal Bank increases adjusted operating result by 15% through portfolio adjustments

Aareal Bank reports an adjusted operating result of €306m (+15%) for the first nine months of 2025 despite a declining net interest income. Growth was supported by lower risk provisions, reduced administrative expenses and selective new business, while the real estate financing portfolio remained stable at around €33bn.
