ACNB increases severance for executives after change of control

ACNB has amended the employment agreements of two senior managers and tightened severance provisions in the event of a change of control. The severance payment therefore rises from 2.0‑times to 2.99‑times the agreed compensation, plus two years’ continuation of life, disability and health insurance and other benefits. Brett D. ACNB Corporation raises quarterly dividend 11.8% to $0.38

ACNB Corporation is increasing its quarterly cash dividend from $0.34 to $0.38 per share, an 11.8% rise and equivalent to an annual yield of about 3.15% at the current price. The dividend will be paid on December 15, 2025 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2025. Management attributes the increase to strong financial performance; the bank has raised the dividend annually since 2017.
