Axis Bank allocates 177,413 ordinary shares to employees

Axis Bank has allotted 177,413 ordinary shares following the exercise of stock options under its employee share schemes. The shares, with a face value of Rs 2, increased the paid-up share capital from Rs 6,225,810,834 to Rs 6,226,165,660 and the outstanding ordinary shares from 3,112,905,417 to 3,113,082,830. Axis Bank announces repayment of $600m AT1 bonds on September 8, 2026

Axis Bank will exercise the call option on its $600 million AT1 bonds (coupon 4.10%) issued on September 8, 2021, and repay the securities at par plus accrued interest on September 8, 2026. The bank has informed The Bank of New York Mellon (London branch) as trustee and received the required approval from the Department of Banking Regulation of the Reserve Bank of India on July 31, 2026. Axis Bank reiterated that its capital position will remain well above minimum requirements after the repayment; affected ISINs are USY1009XAA73 and US05464XAA37. Axis Bank receives listing approval for $300m senior notes

Axis Bank has received final approval to list senior notes totaling $300 million with a coupon of 5.179%. The listing was approved on 21 August 2026 by the Global Securities Market of India INX and the Debt Securities Market of NSE IFSC.
