China Resources Land cuts dividend for 2025 to 1.33 HKD

At the annual general meeting, China Resources Land approved a dividend of 1.33 HKD for 2025, a decline of 7.64% year on year; the total payout amounts to 10.18 billion HKD (-8.66%). On the ex-dividend date the dividend was detached; the stock closed in Frankfurt at 3.84 EUR. The dividend yield for 2025 is 4.91% (previous year 6.39%); analysts expect a further reduction to 1.21 CNY for 2026.
