DP Poland announced that its subsidiary DP Polska has closed financing with BNP Paribas Bank Polska for up to 15 million PLN in total: a five-year non-revolving loan facility (5 mln PLN), a one-year overdraft (7 mln PLN) and a revolving facility (3 mln PLN). The funds will be used to strengthen working capital, modernize the warehouse in Łódź, consolidate dough production and convert Pizzeria 105 locations into Domino’s with the goal of exceeding 200 outlets. Lenders require security over company assets (up to 18 mln PLN), standard account pledge rights and covenants of net financial debt/EBITDA max 3.5x and a minimum DSCR of 1.2x; interest rates are WIBOR1M+1.5% to WIBOR3M+2.1%. » Altro su de.investing.com
