Black reports to Pete Denk and brings more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, most recently as president of defense at GKN Aerospace and previously holding leadership roles at Cobham and DRS Technologies. Eaton reports 307 GW U.S. data‑center backlog, offering 15 years of revenue visibility

Eaton supplies switchgear, power distribution, UPS and cooling equipment for data centers and said its U.S. data‑center backlog reached 307 GW, equivalent to about 15 years of work at 2025 build rates.
