Veralto has signed a definitive agreement to buy Cleanwater1 for $465 million (net about $452 million after tax benefits). Cleanwater1 provides on-site hypochlorite disinfection, solids management and odor filtration and operates roughly 25,000 sites; trailing 12‑month revenue to June 30, 2026 was about $135 million, roughly 25% of which is aftermarket.
