Fancamp Exploration

Fancamp has appointed industry veteran Blake Rhodes to its board of directors. Rhodes brings more than 25 years of mining experience, most recently as Senior Vice President at Newmont, and was granted options on 1,000,000 common shares at US$0.14 per share (immediately vested, term until May 3, 2031). The appointment is part of a strategic realignment including a planned spin-out of exploration assets and a future focus on acquisitions and monetization.
