FS KKR Capital reported Q1 2026 EPS of $0.41 versus $0.44 expected and revenue of $304 million (expectation $316.78 million). Net asset value per share fell to $18.83 (down 9.9%) and the stock declined in premarket trading. FS KKR Capital sells $150 million of preferred shares to KKR unit

FS KKR Capital has entered into an agreement with KKR Alternative Assets L.P. to sell newly issued, cumulative, convertible and perpetual preferred shares totaling $150 million. Closing is contingent on the expiration of a separately announced takeover offer by a third party and customary closing conditions, and is expected to occur about eleven business days after the offer expires. The issuance will be a private placement under Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act and will not be registered. Der Fonds strebt Investitionen in verschiedenen Sektoren an, wie z. B. Der Fonds erwirbt Beteiligungen an Krediten über Sekundärmarkttransaktionen auf dem "Over-the-Counter"-Markt für institutionelle Kredite oder direkt von unseren Zielunternehmen. Er erwirbt auch Minderheitsbeteiligungen in Form von Stamm- oder Vorzugskapital an Zielunternehmen, entweder in Verbindung mit einer seiner Kreditinvestitionen oder durch eine gemeinsame Investition mit einem Finanzsponsor, z. B. einem institutionellen Anleger oder einer Private-Equity-Gesellschaft. Sie kann in den Aufsichtsräten ihrer Portfoliounternehmen vertreten sein oder dort Beobachtungsrechte haben.
