At the expiry of the subscription period on 3 November 2025, 29.9% of the subscription rights were exercised, resulting in 1,283,676 new registered shares being subscribed at a subscription price of CHF 17.00. Due to the exercise ratio and previously secured investment commitments of CHF 41.9 million, the target volume of the capital increase of CHF 50 million was exceeded; the company reserves the right to exercise the increase option up to CHF 73 million.
