Globant appoints Sarab Narang as CEO of AI unit Glob.AI
Globant has appointed Sarab Narang as CEO of Glob.AI; he will report directly to Martín Migoya. Narang brings more than 23 years of experience in AI products and go-to-market strategies, most recently at ServiceNow and previously in senior roles at Amazon Web Services. Glob.AI provides companies access to “AI Pods” with an output-based pricing model. Globant cuts annual outlook and shares plunge after profit warning
Globant missed Q2 adjusted EPS consensus ( $1.40 vs. $1.50 ) and reported flat revenue of $614.4 million. Management lowered full-year revenue guidance to $2.428–2.462 billion and cut adjusted operating margin guidance to 13.5–14.5%; the Q2 margin was 13.2%.
