Grayscale Litecoin Trust (LTC) ) ist ein Anlageinstrument. Das Anlageziel des LTC besteht darin, dass die Anteile (auf der Grundlage von LTC pro Anteil) den Wert der vom LTC gehaltenen LTC widerspiegeln, der unter Bezugnahme auf den Indexpreis ermittelt wird, abzüglich der LTC-Ausgaben und anderer Verbindlichkeiten. Die Aktivitäten von LTC beschränken sich auf die Ausgabe von Körben im Austausch gegen LTC, die dem LTC als Gegenleistung für die Schaffung, Übertragung oder den Verkauf von LTC, Nebenrechten und virtueller IR-Währung zur Deckung der Gebühr des Sponsors und/oder zusätzlicher Treuhandkosten übertragen werden. LTC führt auch die Verwaltungs- und Sicherheitsverfahren durch, die zur Durchführung der Aktivitäten gemäß den Bestimmungen des Treuhandvertrags, des Verwahrungsvertrags, der Lizenzverträge und der Teilnehmerverträge erforderlich sind.
