HUB Cyber Security has won a two-year contract worth 16 million NIS (around USD 5 million) with the Israeli interior ministry. The contract will be handled by the Professional Services division and is expected to generate about 14.5 million NIS in revenue over two years, roughly 15% of the most recently reported annual revenue. The deal equals more than one-third of HUB’s market capitalization and covers the provision, integration and operation of secure cyber and data protection capabilities in mission-critical environments, as well as possible extensions. HUB Cyber Security has extended its multi-year partnership with a large European bank and now provides cybersecurity assessments, mobile app penetration testing and code review services to support digital risk and compliance initiatives. The Israeli company is expanding its offerings in Europe and views the extension as validation of its market strategy for regulated financial institutions.
