Hub Cyber Security conducts 1-for-15 reverse stock split
Hub Cyber Security is implementing a 1-for-15 reverse stock split; every 15 issued common shares will be automatically converted into one share, with fractional shares rounded down. The consolidation becomes effective on January 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET, and split-adjusted trading on the NASDAQ will begin January 16, 2026 under the ticker HUBC with a new CUSIP (M6000J200). Exercise prices and share quantities of existing derivative instruments will be adjusted accordingly; outstanding warrants will continue to trade under HUBCW and HUBCZ. HUB Cyber Security secures 16 million NIS contract from Israeli interior ministry
HUB Cyber Security has won a two-year contract worth 16 million NIS (around USD 5 million) with the Israeli interior ministry. The contract will be handled by the Professional Services division and is expected to generate about 14.5 million NIS in revenue over two years, roughly 15% of the most recently reported annual revenue. The deal equals more than one-third of HUB’s market capitalization and covers the provision, integration and operation of secure cyber and data protection capabilities in mission-critical environments, as well as possible extensions. HUB Cyber Security expands services for major European bank
HUB Cyber Security has extended its multi-year partnership with a large European bank and now provides cybersecurity assessments, mobile app penetration testing and code review services to support digital risk and compliance initiatives. The Israeli company is expanding its offerings in Europe and views the extension as validation of its market strategy for regulated financial institutions.
