Infineon benefits from Nvidia AI boom and plans acquisition of C2i

Infineon rises after strong cues from the US tech scene and benefits from a close supply relationship with Nvidia, which is ordering more power semiconductors as AI demand grows. The company reported a record quarter with sales of €4.17 billion and raised its full-year guidance to €16.3 billion. The planned acquisition of C2i is intended to strengthen Infineon’s position in power-supply solutions for AI data centers.
