ISS has published new medium-term targets: for 2028 the company aims for an operating margin of 5.5–6.0%, with the upper end exceeding the market expectation of 5.5%. For 2026–2028 ISS expects average organic revenue growth of >5.0% (market consensus: 5.6%), with at least 2% coming from volume and new business. ISS reported improved profit and cash flow in H1 2026, organic growth of 8.9% in the second quarter and earnings per share 29% higher year on year. Management confirmed the guidance for the full year with an operating margin of around 5.25%, organic growth of more than 6% and free cash flow of over DKK 3.1 billion. After the agreement with Deutsche Telekom, ISS increased its share buyback programme and expects cash conversion to be above 60%.
