Materialise has published a prospectus for the additional listing of its common shares on Euronext Brussels to expand its trading presence alongside the existing ADS listing on NASDAQ. Materialise misses Q2 earnings forecast, shares fall sharply despite revenue gain

Materialise reported Q2 EPS of €0, missing the expected €0.02, despite revenue of €75.98 million beating forecasts. After the results, the stock fell sharply in premarket trading; the company cut its full-year revenue guidance and reported declines in its Software and Manufacturing segments alongside double-digit growth in the Medical segment.
