Republic Airways has completed its merger with Mesa Air Group; Republic shareholders hold around 88% of the common stock, Mesa shareholders between 6% and 12%. The combined company will operate the world’s largest fleet of Embraer E-Jets with 310 aircraft and will offer more than 1,300 daily departures to over 100 destinations in North America.
