Sphere Entertainment said that Andrea Greenberg, president and CEO of its subsidiary MSG Networks, will leave the company effective Sept. 2, as her employment agreement expired on Sept. 1. Subject to a signing and non-revocation agreement, Greenberg will receive the planned full vesting of her Restricted Stock Units and Performance Stock Units and a payment equal to her target bonus for 2025 in lieu of a Management Performance Incentive payment.
