The proxy adviser Glass Lewis advises shareholders to approve the proposal to delist Nanoco shares from the Official List and the Main Market. Nigel Pickett reduced his direct holding in Nanoco Group on June 3 to below 3% of the voting rights, from previously 3.83% to 4,697,975 voting rights, according to a mandatory notification (TR-1) filed at the London Stock Exchange. Nanoco has received a payment of $4.5 million as part of a settlement with LG Electronics and LG Electronics U.S.A., representing 90% of the gross amount of $5 million.
