NXG NextGen Infrastructure Income Fund launches at-the-market offering of up to 1.6 million shares

The NXG NextGen Infrastructure Income Fund has entered into a distribution agreement with Foreside Fund Services to enable a continuous at-the-market offering of up to 1,600,000 common shares. The sales price on each trading day will not be below the current NAV plus a commission.
