OVH Groupe share falls after unexpected CFO resignation

OVH Groupe’s share fell about 8.3% after CFO Stéphanie Besnier announced she will leave the company on August 31. Julien Rabette will take over CFO duties on an interim basis while a search for a successor is under way. OVH expands presence in Germany and plans three data centers in Berlin

The French cloud provider OVH is pushing into the German market and aims to open three new data centers in Berlin by 2027. OVH is also expanding sales for government and public-sector customers under Germany head Helen Wohlfahrt and has already won a direct contract from the Foreign Office.
