PRO DV with preliminary 2025 figures: revenue rises, EBITDA and EBIT negative after NETFOX acquisition

PRO DV reports preliminary revenues for 2025 of 4,089 T€ (2024: 3,739 T€). EBITDA fell to -175 T€ (previous year: 181 T€) and EBIT to -191 T€ (previous year: 73 T€). In autumn PRO DV took over NETFOX's operating business and invested 194 T€ in remediation and the establishment of an office in Potsdam; structural integration was largely completed in 2025. For 2026 the company expects rising revenues and a slightly positive result, while further investments will be needed in KRITIS sectors. » Altro su finanzen.net

PRO DV AG has completed an asset deal to acquire significant assets and the operational business of NETFOX AG as part of a transfer-based restructuring and will assume customer contracts, technical infrastructure and employees effective 1 September 2025. With the move, PRO DV strengthens its market position in safety-critical IT infrastructures and opens a new presence in Potsdam. PRO DV reported a disappointing first half with only slightly higher revenue (€1.4 million) and flat EBIT, prompting SMC Research to cut its estimates.
