Quantum achieves turnaround and returns to profitability thanks to AI's hunger for data

Quantum: Chief Accounting Officer Laura Nash to resign effective Sept. 1

Quantum said Laura A. Nash will resign as Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer effective Sept. 1 and will remain with the company in a transition role through Dec. 31. There is no disagreement between Nash and Quantum; during the transition her base salary and outstanding compensation will continue to be paid, about 2,900 RSUs will be accelerated, and she will receive severance equal to six months' salary plus six months of COBRA coverage.
