The management board of Readcrest Capital expects adjusted EBITDA of €8.0 to €9.0 million for 2026. The figure comprises an EBITDA contribution from Grosvenor Health and Social Care of around €12 million, minus roughly €3–4 million from German project developments, and reflects the group structure adjusted after the sale of the UK care home business. Grosvenor remains the operating revenue and cash‑flow base, while Readcrest is simultaneously building a second growth pillar with value‑oriented real estate investments in German residential development projects.
