Renishaw reported a record fourth-quarter revenue of about £243m (up 27% year‑on‑year) and raised its adjusted pre‑tax profit guidance for the fiscal year to around £167m, roughly £2m above the previous range. For the first half of 2026 Renishaw reports a revenue increase of 7.1% (currency‑adjusted 11.5%) and an operating profit rise of 11.4% to £57.5m, with an operating margin of 15.7%. The outlook for the year remains positive with a target return on invested capital of 15%; the share price rose 3.48% after the announcement.
