Sesa increases revenue in 2025 and sets ambitious targets for 2026–2027

Sesa reports group revenue of €3.357 billion for fiscal year 2025 (+4.6%) and net liquidity of €158.4 million. EBITDA rose slightly to €240.7 million, and adjusted net profit amounted to €95.8 million; the Business Services segment (+35%) and Digital Green VAS (+43%) grew particularly strongly. Sesa reports consolidated revenue of €845.7m for the first quarter of 2026 (+8.0%) and an EBITDA of €60.7m (+7.2%) with a stable margin of 7.2%. Organic growth was more moderate (revenue +2.2%), while Business Services and Digital Green VAS contributed most strongly. Net finance costs fell significantly, the net financial position improved to €64.9m, and management confirmed its 2026 targets (revenue +5.0–7.5%, EBITDA +5.0–10.0%, adjusted EAT +10%).
