Softcat shares climbed nearly 9.5% to 1,578.5 pence, supported by strong H1 figures: adjusted operating profit up 27.3% to £93.8m and a raise of the full-year forecast to high single-digit growth. Investors also reacted to high adjusted cash conversion (147.6%) and a recently paid interim dividend of 9.9 pence. Softcat has published its 2025 annual report and has convened its annual general meeting for 15 December at 11:30 a.m. at its head office in Marlow. Printed copies will be sent to shareholders on 6 November; the report and the notice have also been filed with the Financial Conduct Authority.
