SolGold shares temporarily suspended in London at company's request

The Financial Conduct Authority has, at the company's request, temporarily suspended SolGold's ordinary shares from listing on the Official List with effect from 4 March 2026. The measure concerns the ordinary shares with ISIN GB00B0WD0R35 and came into effect at 7:30 a.m. GMT. SolGold to be taken over by Jiangxi Copper after court approval

The High Court of Justice has approved the scheme of arrangement for Jiangxi Copper’s takeover of SolGold. Shareholder majorities had already approved the deal; the scheme record time was set at 18:00 on 3 March 2026. The arrangement is expected to become effective on 4 March 2026, with 3 March as the last day of trading; trading will be suspended from 4 March and a delisting will be sought, expected to take effect on 5 March 2026. SolGold shareholders approve takeover by Jiangxi Copper

SolGold shareholders voted in favour of Jiangxi Copper’s recommended cash takeover offer: the Scheme of Arrangement received 91.46% of the Scheme shares represented and the special resolution at the general meeting 93.97%. The transaction remains subject to further conditions and court approval, with a hearing scheduled for 2 March 2026; it is expected to become effective on 4 March 2026.
