Solid Power’s stock dropped about 6.6% after announcing a registered direct placement expected to raise roughly $130 million gross. The offering includes 17 million common shares, pre-funded warrants for 5.8 million shares and regular warrants for up to 45.6 million shares, priced at $5.70 and $5.699 per pre-funded warrant; the regular warrants are exercisable at $7.25 and expire in seven years.
