Sportradar is selling its coaching and scouting business Atrium Sports (Synergy Sports) to Teamworks Innovations for $170 million in cash. Sportradar will retain technologies and revenues important to its core business, including automated video production cameras, graphics solutions, certain computer-vision capabilities and competition-management products. Sportradar will provide data, livestreams and services for more than 20 sports leagues and competitions, covering around 300,000 games per year. Newly included in the cooperation are, among others, the German Bundesliga, the Basketball Euroleague, the Chinese CBA, the Australian NBL and Grand Slam tennis data. For the Bundesliga and Euroleague, Sportradar will supply exclusive livestreams and will also remain responsible for marketing and security services to detect suspicious betting activity. Sportradar raised revenue in the second quarter by 19% to €378 million and adjusted EBITDA also by 19% to €76 million; the margin was 20.2%. On the bottom line there was a loss of €4 million, mainly due to unrealized currency losses on US-dollar-denominated sports rights, while operating cash flow improved. For 2026 the company lowered its outlook to currency-adjusted revenue growth of 19–21% (previously 23–25%) and adjusted EBITDA of €360–368 million (previously €390–400 million).
